Wonderful wine cellar and what seller calls a "hidey-hole (small space off garage with cement floors, book shelves and a heating stove) are not counted in the square footage. Decent view of the ocean from the dining area and paved Carmel stone walkways around the house complete the package. This is just a sweet home.
